Arjun is a Chemical Engineer with a specialization in environmental science. He has been in the sugar biz for the last 25 years and has an overall experience in each segment of the sugar and allied industry. After having a stint in academia, he sensed an opportunity for growth for the sugar sector with the idea of having a dynamic approach to achieve sustainable growth by implementing flexible process designs.

As an environmental specialist, Water treatment has always been his area of interest. He can offer expertise in WTP in Utilities, ETP, Biogas Generation, and Zero Liquid discharge. He has several technical publications to his name. With his expertise and another technical backup from Quaalirich, we can act as a most reliable resort for industries seeking a maximum level of environmental safety.

Ms. Deepali started her entrepreneur journey with a proprietary firm engaged in selling industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, laboratory chemicals, enzymes, and solvents to the sugar industry and within a very short period rose to one of the leading names of suppliers in Maharashtra.

With a postgraduate degree, she heads the accounts dept and is responsible for auditing and overall financial management of the company.

Mr. W.R. Aher heads our advisory team in planning, and executing various project consultancy management projects plus optimizing and customizing design and operations for clients to achieve targeted results. He has executed several projects of repute in India and abroad. Power generation is his area of expertise.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a certificate for proficiency in Boiling operation with an extensive experience in the expansion, modernization, rehabilitation, erection, and commissioning of sugar factories since 1983.

After working as Operational and Technical head in various sugar factories in Maharashtra and Gujrat he was nominated as a member of the Sugar Technologist Association of India a couple of times. Being a Life member of STAI, and SISTA, he is presently a sitting council member of the Deccan Sugar Technologists Association (DSTA) He was also Chairman of the Energy Balance Committee for the state of Gujarat and is currently member of the Examination Committee for Boilers, Govt. of Maharashtra.

A unique blend of a sugar technologist and an alcohol technologist; Mr. Swapan Chatterjee has wide hands-on experience working as unit head in various distilleries in India and abroad. Having offered consultancy to various plants in Orissa and West Bengal like IFB Agro Industries, a first multi-pressure project in Eastern India, he also had rendered his expertise in Africa and South East Asia. He has a wide experience in commissioning and handling a hybrid distillery plant where you can switch raw material from molasses to grains.

With vast experience in several trial runs and commissioning of distilleries, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of design and process which makes him a thoroughbred consultant with expertise not only in fermentation and distillation but also in zero liquid discharge and other subsidiary treatment methods. He has a commercial edge with an outlook for cost minimization, lean management, performance enhancement, and government liaisoning.
